Rice
Spread over 20 acres of flat fertile land we have exclusive zones dedicated to the various varieties of rice that is grown and harvested. We produce four verities of rice which are Joha Rice, Black Rice and Aijong and Champa Lahi. Traditional farming practices of cultivation only enhance the quality and authenticity of epically local varieties. This even reflects in the taste of the cooked rice as it has never been exposed to chemicals or pesticides.
The rice-based agriculture of the Indian subcontinent has been an integral part of eastern India, dating back to, as early as 400 BC
